Passion for food started in the Nineties when I first emigrated to London. Only learned from the best when first started working with the some of the most successful and charismatic Italian Restaurateurs.
In the heart of Chelsea I had my first experience working at the very popular restaurant La Famiglia
owned by; Alvaro Maccione
At La Famiglia I had the opportunity to learn from the best as well as meet and serve some very famous people Such as Royalties like princes William and Harry accompanied by their mum Lady Diana the princess of Wales, actors like Tom cruise and Nichole Kidman, Arnold schwarzenegger, George clooney, Jack Nickelson and others Among of course many footballers.
I always had the ambition of having my own restaurant and always enjoyed working in the hospitality industry.
I then moved into the soho to work for one of the rising chef and restaurateur Aldo Zilli in Dean Street where I learned a lot from Him.
Followed by Signor Sassi in Knightsbridge 2004 to 2023 with Mario Pagetti and Carlo Di Stefano.
It came to my attention the opportunity to make this dream come true!
